About Lindy Benson
I am a real estate agent with RE/MAX Central and have been in the real estate business for 22 years. I am a proud Recipient of the Executive Club, 100% Club, and Platinum Award winner with RE/MAX. As of 2018, I was inducted in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Club. I am from Manistee County and am a 1994 Onekama High School Grad, graduated from Wayne State University in 1999 with a BS in Pharmacy and Allied Health. I currently live on my families farm homestead in Wexford Co, and I am the 5th generation on the farm. Real Estate has always been a passion, still after all these years. I love the interaction with the clients, being given the chance to assist them with what may be their biggest investment in their lives. For many people house buying or selling can be one of the scariest things in their life, my job is to make it the most pleasurable and smooth as possible. I have an extensive background in lending, since I worked as a Mortgage Processor/Underwriter for approximately 8 years. This experience helps me with assisting clients during the loan process. The loan process can be very frustrating, and I try to help both the loan officer and client get to the main objective "closing". Either you are a first time seller, lakefront, farm, vacant land and/or commercial seller, you and I could probably make a great fit!
